Plan details, upgrades, and how to manage your Vetriva subscription.

Upgrading your plan
Go to Dashboard โ Subscription plans and click Upgrade on the plan you want. You'll be taken to a secure Paddle checkout. Payment is processed immediately and your workspace is upgraded within seconds of a successful transaction.
After upgrading
Your dashboard will show a green Active badge next to your plan name within a few seconds of completing checkout. If it takes longer than a minute to update, refresh the page โ the system syncs via a secure webhook.
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Dashboard โ Subscription plans, find your current plan, and click Cancel subscription. A confirmation step will explain that your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your workspace reverts to the free tier. Your data is not deleted.
Invoices and receipts
Paddle (our payment processor) sends a receipt email automatically after each charge. If you need a VAT invoice or additional billing documentation, contact support@vetriva.ai with your organisation name.
Enterprise billing
For enterprise plans, annual invoicing, or custom contract terms, contact the Vetriva team. Enterprise onboarding includes a dedicated setup call and custom SLA agreement.
