These Terms govern your use of Vetriva, a deterministic hiring decision intelligence platform that provides structured signal analysis, decision stability tracking, and hiring assurance for organizations.
Use of Service
You may use Vetriva only for lawful hiring and recruitment purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload — including resumes, job descriptions, and evaluation records — complies with applicable laws and regulations, including employment and data protection law.
System-Generated Analysis
Vetriva uses deterministic signal modeling to produce stability scores, risk classifications, and hiring assurance metrics. These outputs are structured analytical tools, not automated hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions remain solely your responsibility. Vetriva does not make employment decisions on your behalf.
Decision Data & Audit Trails
Vetriva stores structured evaluation records, reviewer signals, score histories, and decision audit logs as part of its core service. This data is retained to provide decision continuity and traceability within your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that recording and retaining such data complies with your applicable obligations.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing member access and reviewer permissions within their workspace.
Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Vetriva is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the start of a billing period, provided the service has not been materially used during that period. Annual plan refunds are prorated after the 14-day window. Enterprise billing terms are agreed separately.
Limitation of Liability
Vetriva is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vetriva is not liable for hiring outcomes, employment decisions, or any consequences arising from the use of analytical outputs produced by the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Vetriva to upload, store, or process any content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law. This includes candidate data obtained without appropriate consent or in violation of employment law. Vetriva reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any organization found to be in violation of this policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vetriva after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
