- Evaluation records — reviewer signals, score histories, feedback, and structured audit logs generated through platform use

- Authenticating users and managing organization accounts
- Running deterministic signal analysis, stability modeling, and decision assurance calculations

Signal Processing & Third-Party Services
Vetriva's scoring and stability analysis is deterministic — outputs are derived from structured rules and models, not generative AI. Where third-party infrastructure is used to process uploaded content, that data is transmitted strictly for processing purposes and is not used to train public models.
We rely on third-party providers for authentication, cloud storage, and payment processing. These providers are bound by their own applicable data protection obligations.
Decision & Evaluation Data
Evaluation records, reviewer signals, and decision audit logs are stored as part of Vetriva's core functionality. This data belongs to your organization and is used only to provide the decision continuity and traceability features of the platform. We do not use your evaluation data to build models for other organizations.
Data Retention
We retain user and evaluation data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable laws. Upon account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Organization admins may also manage member data within their workspace. Requests can be made by contacting us directly.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to organizational data is controlled through role-based permissions enforced at the database level.
Data Hosting
Customer data is stored using cloud infrastructure providers that comply with industry security standards including SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Data is not transferred outside of these infrastructure boundaries except where necessary to provide the service and as described in this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Vetriva after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
