Get up and running with Vetriva in under ten minutes.
What is Vetriva?
Vetriva is a hiring decision intelligence platform. It evaluates candidates using a combination of AI resume analysis and structured feedback signals from your team โ producing a scored, auditable record for every hiring decision.
Step 1 โ Upload a resume
Navigate to Hiring Workspace โ Roles and open or create a role. Inside the role, click Add Candidate and upload a PDF resume. Vetriva will extract the candidate's information and generate a baseline score within a few seconds.
Step 2 โ Read the candidate score
Once processed, each candidate shows a score between 0 and 100. This is the baseline score โ an AI assessment of how well the resume matches the role. Scores are grouped into decision bands:

Step 3 โ Add feedback signals
On the candidate's score page, you can add signals โ structured feedback from interviews, portfolio reviews, or team discussions. Each signal has a value (Strong Yes to Strong No) and a confidence level (1โ5). Signals adjust the baseline score to produce an adjusted score.
Step 4 โ Make a decision
When the adjusted score and signal pattern are stable, the system confirms the recommendation. You can change the decision manually at any time. Vetriva records a timestamped audit trail of every score change and signal added.
Step 5 โ Share the decision
Use the Share button to generate a private report link. This gives hiring managers or executives a read-only view of the candidate's scores, signals, and final recommendation โ without requiring them to log in.
