Sharing Decisions
Give stakeholders a clear view of your hiring recommendation without exposing your full pipeline.
Why sharing matters
Hiring decisions often require sign-off from people who are not in Vetriva โ a department head, a CEO, or an external advisor. Shared reports let you present a structured, professional summary without granting them dashboard access.
What a shared report contains
A shared report includes:
- Candidate name and role
- Baseline score and adjusted score
- Decision recommendation
- Signal timeline (reviewer, value, confidence, notes)
- Stability index and risk label
- Date of last update
It does not include raw resume content, other candidates in the pipeline, or billing / org details.
How to generate a share link
Open a candidate's score page and click Share decision. Vetriva generates a unique, private link. Anyone with the link can view the report โ no login required.
Link expiry
Shared links expire after 30 days by default. After expiry, the link shows a message that the report is no longer available. You can generate a new link from the same candidate page at any time.
Revoking a link
To stop access to a shared report immediately, generate a new share link for the same candidate. The old link becomes invalid as soon as a new one is created.
PDF export
To send a static, unchanging snapshot of a decision, use Export PDF on the candidate's score page. The exported PDF captures the score, signals, and stability at the moment of export and can be attached to an email or stored in a hiring system.
